order was place 7 months ago the item is still not sent, called in and was told the item wasn't in stock when i paid for shipping. what isn't okay is the slow or down right awful customer support, don`t bother with email or messaging on the website because your gonna end up feeling ghosted as they don`t respond, called in and got it "solved" but that shouldn't be the end all be all solution as the 8 minute call cost me as much as parts and shipping combined. something needs to be done when it comes to customer support and the shipping cost should always be in the total during checkout, having to get a hold of the support staff to then be told that i need to pay more is not okay. the guy i spoke to on the phone was really respect full and very helpful. with all this in mind i feel fine with changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 star

Every time I’ve been the service has been great. Every employee was amazing and wanted to help with whatever I need. If I have any questions about anything. They have all also been really nice. Whenever I ask them a question about something they always give me the best option. The gun I bought from there is really good. I always look forward to go there. Best airsoft ever.

Been back and forth at MiR for about a month now. Switched to HPA and had there techs install a new engine and upgraded parts. One of the workers named Cameron(hope I'm spelling it right) helped me through the whole process. Helped me find what I needed and more. He really knows his stuff and always got me in and out. After spending a hefty chunk of money, I'm super happy with the products and service. I'll be sure to send my friends here!

Man these guys had a great event held up by Sheboygan, WI. Amazing venue for an Airsoft battle!! Can’t wait to join them again in another fun filled event.

The exact same products are 50% to 75% cheaper on Amazon. I hate big business, but that's where you get more bang for your buck.

This place is amazing, the atmosphere is great prices are very competitive. Drove all the way from Columbia Missouri just to meet slax and buy a lancer gen 3. Ended up getting more than we payed for and got his autograph. Never forget this day thank you much!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years now. Their in-house store selection of aeg’s and used guns has always been more than decent. As far as tech work, they’re not perfect, no airsoft store really is when it comes to high performance guns in my experience, but they’ve always more than made up for it with their customer service. Below are some examples of their builds they’ve done for me. The events are fun, the Sherwood games in particular I can recommend if you want a fun weekend of camping and good times.

I’ve never been to the actual store but I have been to the abandoned factory event. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice they had everything I needed out of the back of their van. I bought an x-fog system and an MP5K. Great experience and awesome event!

So I spent probably close to 45 minutes on the phone. Between 3 phone calls with these guys I believe I talked to 3 different People And I couldn't be happier Everybody was very knowledgeable nobody was pushy They were giving me what I felt was honest opinions I told them what I was looking for and instead of them trying to push the most expensive thing they had, they worked with me. What started out as me planning on spending about a $150 turned into At the end almost $400 haha lol But that was my fault for just going a little crazy in the end As long as they come through on the shipping They are definitely going to be my go to place for now on
